Who we are​

We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can help create a better future for them.

R.P Educational Welfare Trust works to break the cycle of educational inequality in rural Bihar. We support students from economically weaker backgrounds who face the difficult decision of abandoning their education after 10th or 12th grade due to financial constraints, lack of guidance, or social pressures like early marriage. Through free career counselling, admission support, and scholarship guidance, we help Bihar’s youth continue their educational journey and build dignified futures.

Our approach

Our Mission​

We reduce dropout rates among rural students by providing career counselling and academic mentorship. Our work includes enabling admissions to colleges and universities across India, supporting access to government schemes like the Bihar Student Credit Card, promoting girls’ education, and preventing early marriages through educational intervention. We aim to build an empowered and educated youth community across Bihar.
